A space for seekers
iRunSpiritual is a community for people who feel the pull to understand themselves more deeply, through the sky, through energy, and through each other.
We talk about moon phases and astrology shifts in plain language, share simple practices you can actually use, and make room for the questions and experiences that are hard to talk about anywhere else.
What you'll find here
- Videos on the moon, the planets, energy and awakening.
- The Codex: every moon phase, every sign and the practices that go with them.
- The Circle: a kind, moderated community to ask, share and grow.
- The New Moon Letter: a short email at each new and full moon.
A gentle note
Astrology and spiritual practice are tools for reflection. They work best alongside, never instead of, professional medical, financial or mental-health care.
